Professor Kasle has had extensive experience in law and telecommunication policy, including working as an attorney on the AT&T divestiture case. Her publications include "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do: The Literature of Divestiture" (Public Administration Review, 1986), and Decision to Divest: Documents from US. vs. AT&T 1974-1984 (1989).
