Employment Resources for Diverse Populations

A number of employers offer special recruiting opportunities for diverse populations. A few important things to know:

  • Each employer will specify who qualifies for their diversity recruiting programs. Opportunities are often available for candidates who identify as: women, persons of color, underrepresented populations, LGBTQ+, and persons with disabilities.
  • Sometimes these diversity initiatives are specific events (workshops, one-day events, preview programs, conferences) and sometimes there are postings for specific positions.
  • This list is not exhaustive and will be updated periodically as our team learns of more opportunities. If you learn of a program that is not included, let us know: [email protected].
  • GW’s Diversity, Equity and Community Engagement Office also has a wealth of resources including tools for students.
