Practitioner and researcher in the fields of program evaluation and Lean/SixSigma. Prof. Dawes serves as a senior analyst in the integrated environmental strategies division of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Policy and teaches program evaluation for the Trachtenberg School. In 2016-2017, she was a visiting scholar at the Trachtenberg School.
