Welcome, Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration Graduate Students!

 

You have earned your place at this prestigious institution, and when you complete your degree, you will enter into a network of more than 310,000 alumni living and working in Washington D.C., in all 50 states, and over 150 countries throughout the world. Our goal is to connect new graduate students with useful campus resources that will assist them during their time as graduate students.

MPA and MPP Students should refer to your welcome email for a recommended list of courses and advisor contact information. MA-ENRP students should contact their advisors.

The Office of Student Financial Assistance administers financial aid to both our undergraduate and graduate students.  For specific questions about your aid package, please contact our office at 202-994-6620 or [email protected]. You can also visit the financial aid website.

You may visit the GWorld Office during business hours to get your card. Students must comply with GW's vaccine requirement before arriving on campus. More information can be found here.

Gelman Library serves as a hub for research and learning on the Foggy Bottom
campus. It provides a variety of study areas to meet the needs of different types of
learners, as well as classrooms and access to specialized tools and resources.

Starting in mid-July, all Fall 2022 enrolled students will officially be in GW's system and will receive a comprehensive email from Denise Fowler, the Director of Career and Alumni Services so that you can begin to access TSPPPA career services. In the meantime, you are welcome to access the wealth of resources we have available on the Career Advancement section of the TSPPPA website which includes Career Development Guides, Public Service Field Employment Resources, Job Boards, Fellowships, and more!
