Looking back, what are the most valuable skills, tools, or aha-moments you gained at Trachtenberg that you still rely on today?

The breadth of skills and knowledge across the policy sphere. Working on environmental policy demands an understanding of economic, agricultural, labor, transportation and other policy. Trachtenberg did an exceptional job exposing me to breadth of policy areas.

In what ways did the Trachtenberg community—whether professors, peers, or alumni—support or influence your career?

My MPP and PHD cohorts at Trachtenberg all had a fantastic natural curiosity and willingness to serve that I always found inspiring.
