Jill F. Kasle is a professor of constitutional law at The George Washington University. Her research and teaching interests include the Supreme Court, constitutional law, and telecommunications law. She is the co-author, with Professor Christopher H. Sterling, of Decision to Divest, a four-volume study of U.S. v. AT&T, the largest antitrust case in the history of the American legal system.
For 22 years, Professor Kasle was the chief of protocol at George Washington University, a position that carried the title of University Marshal.
Professor Kasle holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Northwestern University and a law degree from Boston University. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She was for many years a docent at the National Gallery of Art. In her wild youth, she was part of the ownership structure of Garrett’s, a bar and restaurant in the Georgetown section of Washington.
