Jeff Williams is an evaluator, focusing on federally-funded science programs, including scientist training and engagement for diplomatic purposes. His research interests include science program evaluation, evaluation in multinational settings, the intersection of science and the U.S. political system, and the connection between intellectual property and innovation. Jeff actively engages with both the science policy and the program evaluation communities.
